IdaMil LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Mandatus (https://mandatus.idamil.com), a AI-powered court filing compliance checking and deadline tracking platform for legal professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, bar number (if applicable), firm information, and payment details. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve our service.
When you use our AI-powered features, the content you submit is processed to provide the service. We use Anthropic's Claude AI for analyzing court filing requirements, checking document compliance, and monitoring filing deadlines.
We use your information to: provide and maintain Mandatus; process your subscription and payments via Stripe; send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, notifications); improve our service quality; respond to customer service requests; and comply with legal obligations.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Content submitted to our AI features is processed by Anthropic's Claude API. We do not use your content to train AI models. Anthropic's data processing is governed by their enterprise terms, which prohibit using customer data for model training. Your legal documents and content remain confidential.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (data hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (application hosting). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at customer.service@idamil.com. You may also export your data or close your account through the Settings page.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain minimal records as required by law (typically 7 years for financial records). AI-processed content is not retained after processing unless you explicitly save it within the application.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
