Mandatus is a AI-powered court filing compliance checking and deadline tracking platform designed for licensed legal professionals. The service uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) for analyzing court filing requirements, checking document compliance, and monitoring filing deadlines.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Mandatus offers subscription plans with a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected plan will be billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; interfere with or disrupt the service; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; resell or redistribute the service without authorization; or upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
Mandatus, its logo, and all related trademarks are the property of IdaMil LLC. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdaMil LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mandatus. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IdaMil LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
